Lyndon's mom loves to challenge me! Two years ago she requested a farm cake, which is one of my favorite cakes. This year Lyndon is in love with Mickey Mouse. So no typical mickey cake would do! I love this cake for many reasons: It is big! It is Mickey but still classy! I Love the Mickey hands!
