I live in Houston, the home of the Houston Texans. I grew up in north Texas, where during football season, you bleed silver and blue and never leave the house with out a Dallas Cowboys shirt on your back. This creates some issues, most of my friends from Houston are naturally Texans fans. I consistently defend my Boys and they must constantly be reminded that the last time the Cowboys and Texans played the Cowboys won and won big!!
When asked to make a Texans cake, I must admit I had to get past my rivalry and make the cake my friend wanted. most definitely a conflict of interest.
The chocolate cake is frosted in buttercream with fondant accents. Just to make it slightly better, I made sure to represent the Boys while decorating!
