Rapunzel, Rapunzel! Let your hair down!

This was a special cake, Sarah and her blue clown cake started all of this two years ago. I'm not sure I would have ever even thought about making cakes if it wasn't for her and her momma.

Sarah wanted an everything princess party, the girls were dressed up, the food was all princess inspired and her cake had to have some Rapunzel touches because she was Sarah's favorite.

 The crown on top was the same crown that all the little girls were wearing at the party and was the only non-edible part of the cake.

 Rapunzel's hair is made by pushing golden fondant through an extruder then carefully braiding, finished with a handmade fondant and gumpaste bow.
