Tyler was born one day before my baby girl, so they were best buddies even before being born. Making this little guys first birthday cake was so special!
The cake is made of two 12x12 chocolate cakes stacked and then carved into the field shape. The grass is green icing through a grass tip. The "dirt" is pulverized graham crackers and brown sugar, which is actually a pretty yummy cake topping. Each cupcake has a fondant baseball on top and of course every one year old has to have their own smash cake!
